Thomas Mpumelelo Saza was born in Mamelodi 1988 02 09.Now he lives in hammanskraal unit 7.He was exposed to Hiphop in 2002. Started rapping
2004 Age 16 and he realised a mixtape in 2010 Through Quick Cash Rercods worked with the best beat maker in hammanskraal,odycy.He made a couple features in sweat
expression mixtape and apeared in ses documentory in
2010.Now he is currently signed to Sweat Drop Entertainment.And he released his current mix-tape fruit punch volume 1,make sure you get it,20 tracks for 20 bucks.

*Q:Why music,because its hard to make it through music?

*Double TS:"This music thing doesn't happen like instantly,you gotta have the heart,you got to preserver,and you got to believe in your self,and for me in music,I believe that I'm gonna make it!"

*Q:Because your not a fan of swagg rap,would you want to be featured in a track with a swagg rapper?

*Double TS:"No sweat I would do it because at the end of the day,we all doing music.

*Q:How is the mix-tape going?

*Double TS:"first of all the mix-tape was released in February,on the net for downloads,and I was suppose to release vol.2 but my fans wanted me to do c.d copies and they're selling well so far."

*Q:And how are the downloads of your music going?

*Double TS:"The downloads for the mix-tape were like 359 last time I checked,and my 1st single received 110 downloads,the second single received 150 downloads,the third single received 50 something downloads,and the fourth single received 190 downloads."

*Q:Anything your doing besides music?

*Double TS:"Besides music there is nothing that I am doing,I am doing music full time."

*Q:Baggie is not appreciated like the old days,so what's your comment to that?

*Double TS:"Well I still wear my baggie clothes and for me baggie clothes won't die and they're still the ish."

*Q:Any upcoming performances?

*Double TS:"Well for performance,Sweat-Drop Entertainment will be hosting kasi tours through PTA,starting from the 24th February,that's when I'll be performing and selling the mix-tape too."

*Q:They say motswako is more of a kwaito music not hip hop,do you agree?

"Double TS:"I wouldn't say its kwaito,and at the end of the day the only thing that defines kwaito and hip hop is the beat."

Mpho Wizky Mabua is an upcoming artist from hammanskraal temba.His about to release a mix-tape called motswako fever.He records at Tebjoy records and he has worked with Jonty More on the mix-tape.He is one of the members of a group called,W.A.T,the other members are Mpho Sweeda Goth a.k.a Nero and Venomzkid.Wizky is has uploaded his music on the net,his 1st track on the net called hard(freestyle) received 89 downloads and his resent track on the net called mom,received 35 downloads so far.Wizky is a hard worker and he writes his own music.

*Q:Why music?

*Wizky:"I think doing music is something that comes natural because soon as I heard Lil Wayne's Carter 3 that's when I started doing music."

*Q:When was your 1st time getting into the studio and record?

*Wizky:"I started this year January.Thats when I met up with Jonty More."

*Q:Any project your doing with Jonty More?

*Wizky:"We about to release a mix-tape called motswako fever,be sure to check it out!"

*Wizky:"Well they can expect hit records I did with different artists I've worked with."

*Wizky:"Yes I've worked with a lot of upcoming artists like Crazy cry,Young Makaveli,Ofentse,Kraey,Drux and I'm about to work with my new crew called W.A.T"

*Q:Where do you see your music in future?

*Wizky:"In future,I see my music selling both local and international,especially in Botswana."

*Q:How do you feel about the neglection of Motswako rap and intellectual rap?

*Wizky:"Well the neglection is bad because,we all do hip hop music in different languages why should we neglect our selves?"

*Q:Any upcoming performances?

*Wizky:"I don't have any performances because I'm still working on my mix-tape,when it's released,that's when I start with performances."

*Q:Any advice for other upcoming artists like you?

*Wizky:"They should work hard,no shortcuts,and be patient."

Mpho Sweeda Gerald Tsosane is one of the owners of a new movement called Goth play republic which released their T-shirts at the previous annual summer Splesh on the 8th of December at darky's place.He is 21 years old and lives in temba unit D.He is currently working on a documentary with Bone(Thabo Medupe) for Goth play republic,be sure to check it out.

*Q:What is Gothplay republic all about?

*Mpho:"Gothplay republic is all about breaking the stereo type about goth poeple in the hood."

*Q:When did Gothplay republic start?

*Mpho:"12 of September that's when Gothplay republic started."

*Who are the other owners of Gothplay republic?

*Mpho:"The owners of Gothplay republic is me and my boy Kaybee,and their are around 5 people who are under Gothplay republic,they live in Johannesburg."

*Q:What inspired ya'll to start Gothplay republic?

*Mpho:"Because people used to tease me for being goth,me and Kaybee created Gothplay republic to make people understand more about the gothic Sub-Culture,and be accepted by the society."

*Q:Is Gothplay republic a long-term movement or short-term?

*Mpho:"Itz a long-term movement because being goth is my life,that's how I am."

Q:You said you had a low self-esteem while growing up,does it still affect you?

*Mpho:"No,right now am that cross that bridge when you get there type of a person,I am not afraid of any challenges and am very confident about my self."

*Q:Can u please tell us about the documentary you are doing?

*Mpho:"We starting the documentary on the 18th of December,that's how we be teaching the society about the goth Sub-Culture."

*Q:How did the charity case go?

*Mpho:"It went well man,I was playing with the kids,I gave away t-shirts and met with Paul Modjadji and Tsholefelo Monedi."

*Q:Besides Gothplay republic,is there anything your working on?

*Mpho:"Yep there is,I do music with Venomz and Wizky,and I like 2 draw on my spare time."

*Q:Any advice for the upcoming Goth society?

*Mpho:"Just be your self and accept your self just the way you are."

PHD Blaq Inked Crew's Bio and Interview:

P.H.D Blaq Inked Crew is one of the best dance group around hammanskraal nd it consists of 8 members,6 guys and 2 girls.Some of ya'll know them from a show called groova and others saw em on friends like this.They have performed and compited around PTA and jozi.Some of the members have even worked with Paul Modjadji's Dare to Dream movement.They have entered an competition by channel O called the Ice rank.They have performed at several miss prestige annual events and other events around hammanskraal.

*Who came up with the name PHD?

*PHD members:"Two previous members of the group came up with the name PHD which means Phantom Dragons.Their names are Levy and Verb."

*When did PHD start?

*PHD members:"It start back in 2008"

*Is PHD a competing crew or a performing crew?

*PHD members:"We do both competing and performing."

*Ya'll entered strictly hip hop twice,how did that go?

*PHD members:"We entered strictly hip hop on the year 2010 for the 1st time and made it in the auditions.2010 we ended up in position 11 and on 2011 we did even make it to the 2nd round."

*Any charity works ya'll have done in the community?

*PHD members:"We have helped out in orphanages and we still gonna collab with the stop nyaope campaign."

*Does PHD have a rival crew?

*PHD members:"We used to,but now we are all about dancing not beefs."

*How does PHD improve as a crew?

*PHD members:"Well being family improves us as a crew,we don't have to act like we don't know each other."

*PHD member:"We will be performing this Saturday at Mandela Hall for Miss hammanskraal,be there and check us out."

Thabo Ossa(Bones) Medupe is a producer at Moretele Community Radio (MCR).He lives in Hammanskraal,unit D.He makes his own beats,shoots and produce his own documentaries.He is currently working with Global Entertainment to host a Pool Table Competition in Jubelee Mall's Galaxy Pool Bar.Bones is really dedicated in his production work and his is still hustling hard.

*When did u start Production?

*Bones:"Everything started of with Death Camp,doing music in 2004."

*Which shows do you do your production for?

*Bones:"I'm currently a producer for the Break-fast show at Moretele Community Radio(MCR).

*Do you produce for any of our local artists?

*Bones:"Yes at the moment I'm working with an artist called Omen and I'm hooking up a project with Odyccy to release a mix-tape with him."

*Is production the only thing your pushing?

*Bones:"No I'm also doing documentaries,and I'm hosting events.Documentaries that I've already did are The truth about students,Ditropa and Royal Jams.And I'm currently working a documentary for Dare to Dream Movement at sebothoma hall."

*Who do u wanna work with in the future?

*Bones:"Well in H-Town I would like 2 work with Subzero and Wicky,and would also wanna work with ammunition,Tumi from Tumi and the volume,Mo Molemi etc."

*Who inspires u through your production career?

*Bones:"In terms of production I'm inspired by life experiences,people in my hood who are trying to make it,my former members of Death camp and a dude called Thapelo,he worked his way to the top."

*Do you think its easy 2 make it in H-Town?

*Bones:"It's nt just making it in hammanskraal, I believe that it's hard 2 make it anywhere,but I think if people start putting more effortin and dedication on their work they're doin,then it will show that u really wanna make it in future.

*Any advice for the upcoming producers?

*Bones:"1st of all do what u want,don't do something because someone is doing it,and be dedicated and have knowledge about what your doing."

Subzero's Bio And Interview

Subelo (Subzero) Matlhaga is a radio Dj & 1 of the best M.Cs around H-Town.He worked with Big P as a feather on his show.Most people saw him on Friends Like This last year,and other heard him on his current show called The Morning Crawl that starts @2:00 a.m till 6:00 a.m,every Saturday and Sunday.He also has his own brand called Ma'se kind.

Q:Why radio?

Subzero:"I was always passionate about entertainment industry and I also like broadcasting.And I think I have personality 4 radio."

Q:When dd u start to work at MCR?

Subzero:"I started 18 months ago,as a freelancer 4 six months,then I became a producer there for 8 months,after that,that's wen I got my 1st show called

Q:Which age group listen 2 The Morning Crawl?

Subzero:"Around 18 years till 35 years.Because they're the clubbing age group and by the time my show is on,they're on they're way or at home 4rm the clubs.

Q:From the experience u have now,do u think u still need 2 grow or your good with what you learned from now?

Subzero:"I wouldn't say I'm good bt my confidence has grown from 18 months and I'm still in the 1st step of my career so I'm still growing from the experience I have now."

Q:When did u start being an M.C?

Subzero:"I started in 2009,with Sweat-Expressions by Sweat-Drop.

Q:Tell us about Ma'se kind.

Subzero:"Ma'se kind is a brand I started with my fashion designer friend(Casper).We only released the t-shirts so far,and we planning 2 make it a clothing brand.So Ma'se kind is Subzero's trademark.

Q:Any radio DJs you look up 2?

Subzero:"I'd say Dj Sbu,because he inspires me through his hustle,his contribution to the community and he worked his way 2 success from his hood like me.

Q:On ur show do u play local music more than u play international music?

Subzero:"My show is balanced,I play both international and local music.

Q:What can you tell your fans?

Subzero:"For my fans,I would say they should keep a look out for Subzero,because big things are about to happen.
