Lukay is a talented hiphop(mostwako) artist from Temba Hammanskraal ,a township in North part of Pretoria. This artist has had appearances on numorous local radio stations,national radio stations and also tv appearances; his also been performing in big gigs with big crowds and along side big names in the industry. His currently independent and signed to independent production company by the name DEE UNIT PRODUCTION, which is also located in his township. This artist is known in his township to leave the crowd wanting more after every performance, so this PAGE is to enable his fans to inrerract with him and get info on where to get his music and also to inform them about gigs and other activities which he will b invloved in

Q:Why music?

Lukay:"well I grow up listening 2 hip hop music,artists like Emienem,Diddy,DMX,morafe and Skwatta Kemp r the 1s that influenced me 2 do music."

Q:You perform alot at ur hood,do u think ur get more hype here or outside ur hood?

Lukay:"for me performing here nd outside my hood(gwa tshwana) coz u improve while u dnt perform only at ur hood."

Q:Tell us alil abt ur mix-tape(Dlala Ka Lefoko)

Lukay:"well the mix-tape is doing good thru downloads(480 downloads) and C.D copies.And the aim 4 this mix-tape was 2 uplift local artists around kasi nd Dee Unit Production."

Q:New artists u listen 2?

Lukay:"yes there r new artists I listen 2 like Meek Mill,Kendrick Lamar etc and I listen 2 new comers most of the time."

Q:Are u doin sumthing besides music?

Lukay:"yes its my last year at school and I contribute in charity events by performing 4 free."

Q:Any gigs for the festive season?

Lukay:" no I dnt have gigs at the moment."
